Maintaining the South Coast Water District Operational Functions

The budget for spending will be the same as income generated from water customers at the current rates.
Bob Moore is the only candidate in Division 1 that can say, "I WILL work to keep rates down" and "I DID NOT allow a rate increase in the 4 years I served."

What I will do to ensure no increase this time around? My goal will be the same as it was when I was Finance Chairman of the District from 1995-98. The budget for spending will be the same as income generated from water customers at the current rates.

I will also work to reduce excessive use of consultants. Further savings can also be achieved by consolidation of materials, equipment, supplies and facilities of the three combined districts.
