A safe and desirable community to live, work, educate and raise families continues to by my highest priority.
  • Plans to expand and renovate the Fullerton Police Department are underway. The new facility will accommodate modern technical and staffing requirements.
  • Police salaries have been upgraded to the county median level so that Fullerton keeps its officers instead of training them and then losing them to other cities.
  • Violent crime has decreased 30% in the last 3 years and overall crime has decreased 35%.
  • Two new state of the art fire engines/paramedic equipped have been purchased and are in service.
  • The Council authorized a study of Fire/Emergency Preparedness Services city wide. This study has just been completed and presented to Council and will be used to update equipment and facilities and adding a new fire station.
  • Strongly supports Anti-Graffiti program and tougher laws against massage parlors.
