Dear Neighbor,

I am running for City Council because La Habran's deserve a City Government that works as hard as we, the residents do! From public saftey, city beautification, economic revitalization, recreation and open government, La Habran's deserve a leader who will fight to ensure La Habra is always the best it can be.

I want La Habra to be known as a community that cares for its neighbors, families and business. That is why for nearly a decade, I have given tirelessly and selflessly of my time, home and resources so that La Habra can be a better place for all of us.

I am the founder of Rosie's Garage, an after school tutoring program. I am recognized nationally as a community based leader and my volunteer efforts have garnered national citations and awards including The National Daughters of the American Revolution Community Service Award and The Points of Light Foundation United States Presidential Volunteer Award.

I am the youngest of eight children, was raised in a migrant camp of a La Habra long passed. I am a CAD/CAM Designer by profession and lifelong resident of La Habra. I respectfully ask you to vote Rose Espinoza for La Habra City Council.
