Political Philosophy for Jane Egly
Candidate for |
"Common Sense for an Uncommon Community" Common sense is my guide. I shall perform council duties with energy, honesty, warmth, grace, skill and respect for everyone. I will fight hard and fight fair. I am beholden to none, accountable to all. I love Laguna Beach and will do everything in my power to protect the qualities that make our village such a beautiful and splendid place to live and visit. And I will celebrate and respect our residents. You are very special people! Have I signed the Code of Fair Campaign Practices and Statement of Voluntary Campaign Expenditure Limitation? You bet I have! This goes to the core of my political beliefs. Fairness and fitness in government begin at the campaign level. You have my pledge to fight hard, but fight fair! For more information about my campaign and the issues that concern all Lagunans, please visit my Website at http://www.Jane4Laguna.com I've met so many of you as I walked Laguna's neighborhoods in recent weeks. You've been warm and supportive and I thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. Remember, on Election Day, November 7th, you have two votes for City Council. Be sure one of them is for the lady in the hat - that's me - Jane Egly! Many thanks ~ Jane |
