Candidate for
Mayor; City of Westminster

I am a U.S. Navy veteran and have been a resident and homeowner in Westminster for 25 years. My education includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and graduate study at the University of Hawaii.

Professionally, I negotiated telecommunication agreements with the Government of Japan for 3 years. I also managed a $7 billion aerospace contract for the U.S. Air Force. I have a track record of dealing with very complex, expensive problems.

My commitment to public service includes serving on the 1997-98 Orange County Grand Jury and Westminster's:
