I'm running for office again because I love this city, and ...

  • I believe I represent a balance between no growth and run-away growth that will provide a strong economic base for all members of the community

  • I believe that everyone, from young people to seniors, should have a voice in their government and I actively seek that input because I was raised to believe in participatory government - of the people, by the people, and for the people

  • I believe local businesses are critical to a vital community

  • I believe we are demonstrating the value and viability of public/private partnerships in many areas in the City, and want to further develop that concept

  • I believe Costa Mesa is part of a larger geographic/economic community, and I support our participation in agencies such as the Orange County Council of Governments

  • I want to see the completion of the City's Strategic Plan begun in the past four years

  • I believe I have a responsibility to give to my community - socially, politically, and economically

And I really do love this city in which I live!
