- Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and a member of the Sierra Club
- Nearly 30 year resident of Monterey Park & Member of the Water District Board for 10 years

- Maintain rate for imported water at lowest level possible, currently about 1/2 of Metropolitan's rate
- Continue to lower property tax rate without jeopardizing reserves
- Continue to support projects that drought-proof the District & clean-up groundwater

During my term on the Board of Directors, I have lowered the tax rate, maintained water rates the lowest in the valley, voted against raising director fees, supported a toilet rebate program, and secured a low interest loan for the City of Monterey Park.
