I am a candidat for AC Transit Board of Directors Dictricts 1 (most of Berkeley, North Through Richmond
I will work to make sure AC Transit gets the funding it needs for convenient bus service so all of us can get to work, school, appointments, and other activities. My priorities will include better on-time performance and more frequent night and weekend service. One of my most important goals will be to represent the transit dependent community-seniors, children, and the disabled. I have experience, skills and leadership ability to do the job. I worked as Transportation Liaison for the North Richmond Employment Collaborative, where I helped plan and start the night line 376, A vital life line route for many people.
