Mary Rocha is the most qualitified candidate seeking the office of Supervisor. She is a woman of action who gets things done and has served the people for more than 25 years.Mary Rocha's background as a community coordinator and leader in Contra Costa County for more than 25 years fully qualifies her to be County Supervisor. She has served as mayor of the largest city in the 5th District and knows first hand the concerns of County residents. She wants to protect East County's quiet neighborhoods and natural beauty. That's why she will fight to create jobs, improve transporation, and expand opportunities for all. She has taken stands on important issues and takes action for what she believes is right. As County Supervisor, she will bring to the office: Cooperation--She will bring people together to reach regional solutions to complex problems. Compassion--for children and families. She puts people first in her decision making. Commitment--She will fight for solutions to the issues that East Contra Costa County faces today. |
