Three Building Town Center Proposed Near The Moraga Commons

The Town Council is currently reviewing a Town Center near the Moraga Commons Park.
I support the concept of a Town Center for Moraga; however, before committing to the proposed location near the Moraga Commons, I would require careful review of the plans to ensure adequate multi-purpose rooms are included in the facility and ensure financial viability. I would require notification and input from Moragans on the concept before committing large expenditures to this proposed project. I will insist that alternative(s) be identified to provide needed police facilities, town offices, a gymnasium and multi-use rooms should the currently proposed concept be disapproved by the voters.
