We need to implement more stringent protections against chemical pollutants at a District level.There should be an across the board standard for waste water emissions that flow into our Delta as this is where most of us in this area recreate and receive our drinking water from. If elected to the board of the Contra Costa Water District I will fight the States decision to lower the standards for a local refineries water flow into our waterways. |
