Our children need the highest quality education in a nurturing, safe school near their home. It is critical that we elect school board members that are committed to serving the children of our community. These beliefs will guide my decisions and my choices for Martinez Unified School District, if I am elected as School Board Trustee. I am a businesswoman running my business from my home and have experience working in Research and Development as a research technologist for a Fortune 500 company. Education is essential for our children's future in today's job market. My husband, and I have lived in Martinez for 14 years and have three children. They attend Martinez Junior High and Morello Park Elementary. We are proud to live and raise our children in the city of Martinez. I have volunteered my time in the Martinez School District in many capacities including; Space Utilization and Class Reduction, Curriculum Review, Superintendant Candidate Interviewing, Report Card Review, PTA President and Treasurer, Strategic Planning, Site Council and volunteering in my children's classroom. My energy, commitment, and experience, will enable me to contribute to the leadership of our district. |
