A November 2nd editorial in the San Ramon Valley Herald endorsed Tom Bongi and the other incumbents for the fire district board
The San Ramon Valley Herald endorsed Tom Bongi for the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Board of Directors. The editorial noted that the District is "extemely well run." It also stated "The directors run the district as if it were their own money." Because the District has been so successful in providing fire protection and emergency medical services, The Herald also endorsed the other incumbents: Tom Seabury, Ken Sandy and Steve Morgan.
