  • Operated business specializing in urban planning/management, general contracting since 1978
  • Author of professional articles on the preservation of housing and provision for elderly housing
  • Qualified expert witness on planning and zoning laws
  • Graduate of the University of Southern California with B.S.M.S. in business, city government, urban regional planning and environmental studies
  • Has knowledge of and has been an Arcadia resident for 35 years with family members who have lived in the city since 1947
  • Former Deputy Sheriff, Deputy Probation Officer for Los Angeles County and Captain State Military Reserves
Priorities:
  • Fiscal Responsibility & Business - If elected, I will work with others to run our city like a business and to attract new businesses to Arcadia.
  • Safety - We have the right to feel safe. I will use my law enforcement experience to work with police, fire & city staff to provide the best services.
  • Transportation - Everyone should have access to public transportation. We need to enhance the Dial-A-Ride program to achieve greater mobility for all.
