Member of the State Assembly; District 70

The 70th Assembly District is the most Republican district in all of the United States. This is however changing very quickly. The statistics released by the Registrar of Voters each month show a trend that has been constant for a long time now. Both the Republican and Democratic Party's are losing registered voters at a rate of 0.9 percent each month. If this trend continues, and there is no sign of it changing at this point, the Republican and Democratic Party's will both vanish in 8 years. At this time, big money interests control both parties. Most of the people who throw their support behind candidates from these two parties either haven't looked at the Libertarian Party, have the mentality that "we can't win", or are afraid to endorse our candidates for fear of losing their "position" within the political establishment of their own party.The way that I look at it, you can either join us now or join us when we are a major party. It's inevitable! Independent voters now make up nearly 25 percent of the voting populus. The Libertarian Party is the 3rd largest and the fastest growing political party in this country. Endorsements will come as our party gains support and respect.
