Born and raised in east San José, David J. Neighbors has called San José home ever since. David showed leadership early on as he served on the student council at Piedmont Middle School in the Berryessa Union School District. David has been very active in his community as a member of Rotary, on the Human Relations Commission of the Berryessa Union School District, and through the Junior Chamber of Commerce. David lives in San José with his wife, Debbie, and their two daughters.
