Forrest W. Williams City Council Biographical Information Forrest Williams has lived in the Santa Teresa/Edenvale community of San Jose for more than 30 years. With over 30 years of experience as a community leader and manager at IBM, Forrest Williams is uniquely qualified to represent the residents of District 2 on the San Jose City Council and be a strong voice at City Hall for the neighborhoods.
