I am proud to have been brought up and educated in Orange County. I intend to defend the integrity of this county and its people with all my convictions. My extensive background as a prosecutor and civil attorney, qualify me to pursue this judicial seat. The judges and law enforcement agencies who endorse me are also in agreement. My office prosecutes slumlords, toxic polluters, Drunk drivers and prostitution, along with felony quality cases the past District Attorney's administration would not file.

I have been practicing law for 21 years, 15 of which as a Prosecutor. In that time I have conducted 125 jury trials and continued my education in all legal areas. My experience has shown me, it takes more than being a career prosecutor or current commissioner to qualify as a judge. Judges hear a variety of matters, not just criminal, requiring the ability to make fair rulings in all areas of the law. Equally important is experience in civil, family and probate matters. Decisions made in these areas influence the lives of those involved long after criminals have been released on parole.

I am not a politician, just someone committed to the safety and future of the families of Orange County. If your goal is to have fair and impartial rulings, based on the law without any political motivation, then on March 7th Vote TERESE S. OLIVER for SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE SEAT 10 Thank you very much,
