Growth and development issues are very controversial in our County. Some growth is inevitable, but I do not feel the current residents should have to subsidize it, or suffer the consequences of poor planning, such as increased traffic congestion and deteriorating quality of life. We must plan properly for new growth,within the limits of available water supplies and road capacities. This is the only way to protect the quality of life we value so highly.
