Graduate of California State University, Sacramento.

Married for 30 years to Steve Lishman, teacher and musician, and have 2 grown children that attended local schools and live in El Dorado County.

I have taught school in Los Angeles, Bristol, Connecticut and South Lake Tahoe.

I have been elected to public office and served on the Placerville City Council for the past 12 years.
