Quintin is married to Tina, an in-home licensed child care provider. Together they have three sons: Kory, an Eagle Scout, graduated from Liberty Union High School and is attending a local community college. His younger brothers, Kyle and Kristopher attend Edna Hill Middle School in Brentwood

Quintin has earned a BS degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He has sixteen years of internal auditing experience and today is a software security analyst.

Quintin's experience and service to our community includes: Mayor of Brentwood, City Councilmember, Chairman of the Delta District Boy Scouts, Executive Board Member of the Mount Diablo Silverado Boy Scout Council, Inter-Agency School Committee, Agricultural Preservation Committee, Inter-Regional Partnership (5-county smart growth effort) and the Contra Costa Taxpayers Association.
