Setting goals begins with a vision and ends with plans and resources for
reality. Local economic development refers to changes that increase a local economy's
capacity to create wealth for the residents using human, financial and physical resources
of that community.
- 5-YEAR FOR INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATES (Streets/Sidewalks)

We can make sure that our infrastructure is maintained better by having a 5-
year plan for such. It will be easier to budget for this as well as maintaining the system.
