My community has excellent public transportation. Transportation is no barrier to employment. Light rail is a poor idea and would only benefit politicians and contractors- study Cleveland.

Believe the city should look into light rail with the rest of the region, but should several town meetings before making the final decision
2. Would you be in favor of county-wide campaign finance regulations that would provide for public matching funds, limit campaign contributions and provide for more disclosure? State your opinions on these ideas; whether you would support or oppose them.

I am in favor of county-wide campaign finance regulations that would provide for public matching funds, limit campaign contributions and would provide for more disclosure

I oppose camapign finance regulations. We need less regulations and more enforcement of the current laws.
3. What are the benefits/detriments to land use planning prior to zoning decisions?

I have seen few, if any, zoning decisions that were not politically motivated. We need objective land use planning.

The benefits to land use planning is that the residents can have input and city council can make decisions on what is best for the city and its residents
