Political Philosophy for Yvette M. "Crites" Lane

Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Ceres Unified School District; Area 2; Unexpired Short Term

This information is provided by the candidate

Vocational Education: I would like to see the Home Economics Program reinstated at the high school. I feel this program is important and should not be omitted permanently from the curriculum. Students need the opportunity to learn how to cook, sew, and develop independent living skills. Early childhood development, elementary education as well as parenting skills should be offered to those students that desire these electives for career exploration.

New High School: I support the construction of the new high school as quickly as funds are secured.

Administrative Accountability:I believe administration (staff and elected) should be accountable.
