My thoughts on Measure B, the CAPP initiative

I support Measure B. However, whether it passes or not, I will carry out the will of the voters.

The bottom line is that, after considerable study, I've decided that the benefits of Measure B outweigh the possible risks. But, again, if the measure fails to pass, I will carry out the will of the voters.
