I am offering the efficient and fair resolution of cases.I am running for the Court of Common Pleas Division of Domestic Relations. I am an appellate attorney practicing in the First District Court of Appeals and Ohio Supreme Court. I have been an assistant county prosecutor for the last 13 years. The Appellate work that I do requires studying the laws of Ohio in great detail and analyzing judges' decisions. Early in my legal career I represented clients in domestic relations court. More recently I have handled appeals from decisions in that court. I believe I can take all this experience and utilize it on the bench to efficiently resolve disputes. I have worked hard all my life and believe this has prepared me well for this challenge. I worked my way through the University of Cincinnati, undergraduate and law school, and graduated with honors. Immediately prior to law school I went through my own divorce, and attended law school full time as a single parent. I am currently married, have three children and I have been an active community volunteer. I believe that people who bring their divorces and dissolutions to domestic relations court are going through the most difficult time in their lives. I can relate to this. These people deserve to be treated with respect, and have their disputes resolved timely, efficiently, and fairly. That is what I offer the voters of Hamilton County. |
