Full Biography for Antoinette Weil "Toni" Stein

Candidate for
Council Member; City of Menlo Park

My husband and I own a home near downtown Menlo Park where we have started our family. During my three years in Menlo Park I have spoken out on issues of development, traffic and air quality at public hearings both locally and regionally. I would like to continue my contribution by serving our community on Menlo Park's City Council.

My qualifications include 8 years as a Systems Engineer for General Electric's Medical and Aircraft divisions. I am completing my PhD in Environmental Engineering specializing in Air Quality. Recently I was appointed to serve on the San Mateo County Solid Waste Advisory Committee. I have also served as a legislative analyst for the national American Lung Association and am an active member in the Transportation and Land Use Coalition.
