Citizens should have a voice concerning their City.
I would like to be a part of a continual improvement agenda that restores the integrity of the leadership for the city of East Palo Alto. In order for continued impromement to be made in our community, we need leaders committed to the concerns and input of it's citizens. When concerns from citizens are considered, the right dicisions can be made. I am committed to increase citizen input. To make this a reality I will need your suport and your vote on November 3,1998. Your vote for Donna Rutherford will ensure a more responsive and accountable City Council.
