Political Philosophy for Denise A. D'AnneCandidate for |
There is not anything we do as human beings that does not have a political component to it. The quality and quantity of food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink is mostly determined by the political process. A person who becomes a legislator must always keep in mind how his/her decisions affect all of his/her constitutents. These constitutents must be brought into the political process. They must make the final determintation after careful consideration of the consequences for all people of any legislation. The legislator should be a catalyst, a guide and educator and bring everyone to the table. |
