  • Top priority: To improve and develop energy efficient programs that continue leadership and capture opportunities in the new electric marketplace.
  • Improvements in peak load management, tree trimming and line maintenance are critical to continued electric system reliability.
  • Sustain and improve the development of clean electric generation opportunities with "Greenergy," photovoltaics and other new technologies.
