Job of the Elementary Schools

Parents and students should share that responsibility.
Elementary schools have the responsibility for preparing each child for his/her entry into junior high school. We always must keep in mind that the schools are not the only ones who are responsible for educating the child. The parents and the students should share that responsibility.

For example, all the basic skills should be worked on both at home and at school. Academic honesty should be learned both at home and at school. Physical fitness should be achieved both at home and at school.

Just as schools have the responsibility to develop the whole person, the home should also aim to achieve that same goal.
