When Dave and his family moved to Lake Forest twelve years ago, he immediately became involved in the community as an AYSO team sponsor and a board member of his homeowner's association. Dave served on the board for seven years, five as president.

He also became directly involved with the design and development of Pittsford, Rimgate and Montbury Parks. Because of his concern about the impacts of over-crowding on students in the proposed Lake Forest Elementary School, he participated in the development of the new school.

David holds a Senior 2nd Degree black belt and instructor's certificate in TaeKwonDo, and currently teaches both children and adults at area clubs.
