End Taxpayer Abuse

I propose to end taxpayer abuse by some Board of Equalization employees by performing a critical and adversarial internal audit of the Board and taking appropriate and corrective action.

Change Board Hearing Procedures and Reimburse Taxpayers

I plan to change the Board Hearing procedures to allow more than ten minutes to present information and to reimburse taxpayers for their expenses if they prevail in defending their case.

Assist With Legislation To Protect and Expand Taxpayer's Rights

I will continue my efforts of the last eighteen years to advance legislation that protects and expands taxpayer's rights. I am currently assisting with three legislative bills, one in the Assembly and two in the Senate.
