I have experienced the world of education from several sides.

  • As a teacher, I have an appreciation for the challenge and reward of this most important profession.
  • As a parent of a college student who attended Burlingame schools, I saw the strength of this District's instructional program. Now as I watch our second child move through our District, I am convinced that our educational program continues to be excellent.
  • As a Board Member for the past five years, I have seen consistent improvements in our programs and facilities. Education has been a priority in my life.
