GSD, as the only elected body in El Granada, should use their discretion to influence development to favor projects which benefit current residents. We don't need houses everywhere. We need more businesses serving the local community. Major decisions such as doubling the size of the sewer plant should have been brought to the people to decide. People should not be profiteering from the shortage of sewer permits.
