Joe Putnam maintains an independent political philosophy and strongly believes in making sure our tax dollars are spent wisely. Joe believes in protecting Woodside's rural atmosphere while taking a common sense approach to individual rights. Joe believes that Town Council must serve the interests of ALL the residents of Woodside and not special interests.
