The purpose of the Town's Government is to serve our residents. I have spent my entire business career serving and satisfying customers. As Councilman, I want to use that experience to serve and satisfy our Town' customer, who are the residents of Woodside. One way to accomplish this is to take full advantage of the Internet. Rather than having to call or travel to Town Hall, we can use the Internet so that Woodside residents can access information, file applications, make appointments, and communicate with both town employees and council members via the Internet. Using this technology, the Town will be able to increase its level of services, without increasing costs.
We can also make our Town Government more user friendly by simplifying our regulations and cutting the red tape that residents must go through when they ant to get something done.
As a Councilman, I also want to be accessible to all of Woodside's residents. To do this, I have set up a special e-mail address, a dedicated phone line, as well as voice mail so that all the residents of Woodside can contact me. This way, if anyone has a problem or a question, they can call me to discuss it.
