MILLBRAE TRADITION  *  MILLBRAE VALUES
I have enjoyed serving the citizens of Millbrae as City Treasurer, City
Councilman, and now Mayor. I would like to continue in public service as your
Councilman for another four years because we have many important issues which
will affect our future, and we will need experienced leadership to protect
Millbrae's quality of life.

As your Councilman and Mayor I have:

	Increased City revenues without taxing citizens
	Increased police and firefighter staffing to improve public safety
	Completed Millbrae Avenue overpass on-time and on-budget
	Completed Downtown Action Plan to improve storefronts, increase business

My wife, Cathy, and I have been active in Millbrae for thirty years. I have
served as:

My background as a former insurance executive and present business owner, and
my experience as your Treasurer, Councilman, and Mayor are assets to benefit
Millbrae. Good common sense and clear thinking will be needed for the tough
issues facing us.
